The festival promises a series of fascinating conversations, and many events are already selling out quickly.

The first event of the festival – Susie Dent in conversation with David Lister – has already sold out, and other sessions are close behind. If you want to catch Shami Chakrabarti in conversation with Rachel Holmes or hear Grace Blakely dissect 'vulture capitalism' with George Miller, now is the time to act.

Other exciting talks include Dr Rachel Clarke sharing her moving story of a heart with Dr Lucy Pollock, Louise Minchin discussing the pitfalls of celebrity with Lucinda Hawksley, and Benji Waterhouse revealing the quirks of psychiatry to Richard Mainwaring.

Tickets are moving fast for debates and discussions across a range of topics, including David Horspool and Stephen Moss examining the role of sport in British life, and Adam Rutherford diving into the West's fascination with the East alongside Christopher Harding.

The festival will close with a heartwarming and hilarious session featuring Paul Sinha sharing tales of his life with George Miller – an event that's sure to be popular.

With record-breaking sales already, organisers are urging anyone interested to grab their tickets before it's too late. Don't miss out on this opportunity to join some truly fascinating discussions.
