Prospective buyers have until September 12 to submit their bids – and local estate agents Lodestone Property, who are marketing it, say that there has already been interest.
"We've already had approaches," said managing partner Cathy Morris-Adams.
The police are appealing for help to find a man they want to speak to in connection with an assault in Wells.

Detectives investigating the death of Jonathan Roper in Wells charged a 26-year-old man with his murder last night (Wednesday, 29 May).
Jonathan, aged 34, of Glastonbury, died after being stabbed at a property on Merlin Drive, Wells, on 23 March.
The police are appealing for information after a man was found injured on the A39 at Coxley.
Officers were alerted by the ambulance service just after 11.30pm on Monday 27 May, and the road was closed until 10am today (May 28). A man in his 50s was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.

A rediscovered pencil drawing made by the great artist John Constable is expected to make up to £8,000 at auction - and it was drawn on paper made in Wells.
The drawing titled "A River Landscape: A group of tall trees on the left, a bend of the river with willows on the far bank on the right, in the background a hill with a castle" is thought perhaps to be Framlingham Castle, as it was 30 miles north of East Bergholt, where Constable resided. He also drew the castle many times between 1800 and 1815.
An appeal for witnesses has been made following a collision in Chilcompton in which a pedestrian died.
A car was in collision with a woman in her 70s at around 2.50pm on Friday on the B3139 Wells Road, close to the junction with Stockhill Road. The car had left the road and went on to a pavement.
