The by-election follows the death of councillor Tom Robbins earlier this year.
Polling stations are open on Thursday, 7 May, with voting taking place at St Thomas' Church Hall between 7am and 10pm.
Four candidates are standing for the seat:

The election is taking place alongside the wider Mendip Hills division contest for Somerset Council.
According to the published candidate information, the result is expected to be announced early on Friday morning.
Residents must bring an accepted form of photo ID to vote.
