Three emergency crews attend crash in Wookey

Three fire emergency vehicles attended a crash in Wookey earlier today (November 13).

One fire appliance from Wells, one from Glastonbury and the rescue tender from Glastonbury attended an accident in Castle Lane, Wookey, just before 12.30pm where there were three casualties in one vehicle.

Crews assisted each casualty from the vehicle and used stabilisation equipment for safe extrication.

Each casualty was taken into the care of paramedics, and police also attended the incident.
