Step right up to the Godney Gathering 2024, as this family-favourite micro festival introduces exhilarating new attractions alongside a stellar lineup of musical acts.

Held annually at Garslade Farm, the event is set to take place on 19 and 20 July, offering not just music but a full-on festival experience with something for everyone.

This year, festival-goers can soar to new heights on a giant Ferris wheel, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the scenic Somerset countryside. For a dash of nostalgia, the classic Helter Skelter slide will also make its debut, promising twists and turns that are perfect for both the young and the young at heart.

While these attractions are independent additions and not included in the free children's entertainment, the festival continues to offer free entry for children aged 15 and under. Younger attendees can enjoy a plethora of activities such as a children's disco, circus skills workshops, arts and crafts, and a new skate ramp, all at no extra cost.

The musical lineup for Godney Gathering 2024 is equally exciting, with headliners Zion Train and Embrace leading a diverse array of acts across several stages. The festival, which started in 2011 as a modest single-stage event, has grown into a must-visit destination that captures the essence of a community music celebration.

Here's a glimpse of what to expect:

  • Friday, July 19: Main Stage will feature Zion Train, The Chase, and Monkey Bizzle, among others. The Second Stage and Silent Disco will host various artists including The Boot Hill All Stars and DJ Esme Banks.
  • Saturday, July 20: Performances from Dutty Moonshine Big Band, Embrace, and Fisherman's Friends will light up the Main Stage, with The Velvet Hands and Megan Wyn taking the Second Stage.

Whether you're there for the electrifying rides, the eclectic music, or the unforgettable festival vibes, Godney Gathering 2024 promises to be an event not to be missed.
