B3139 Wells to Wedmore road to close for 36 days for water main works

The B3139 road from Wells to Wedmore is to close for 36 days from Monday (July 29) to enable Bristol Water to replace a water main.

The 24-hour closure will see the road shut from the junction with Ford Lane in Henton westwards for 1,800 metres to the junction with Tilley's Drove.

During the closure, motorists will be diverted along the A371 and B3151 via Cheddar.
