Elim's Community Outreach SUPPORTS CHANGE IN PEOPLE CHALLENGED BY COMPLEX AND MULTIPLE NEEDS, such as homelessness, addiction, mental health or other life-controlling issues. They work with key organisations across Mendip to enable fast and effective access to a wide range of services.
