NEALE John: Passed away on the 13th November at Weston General Hospital.
Will be sadly missed by Gillian, Rachael and Nicola, husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
Funeral to be held at Shepton Mallet Crematorium on 3rd December at 2.30pm.
Due to Covid restrictions only family mourners can attend.
Family flowers only. Donations to "Hope for Tomorrow".
