Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service received reports of an outbuilding fire at the above location.
On arrival the incident commander confirmed a fire within a single storey outbuilding measuring 5m x 3m.
Landlords in Wells and Shepton Mallet should ensure that they are aware of the full implications of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 which came into force on Saturday 1st June, advises Stuart Nash, owner of Stuarts Residential, a Wells-based letting agency specialising in the management of landlords' properties.
He said: "The Tenant Fees Act is one of the biggest changes in legislation for 30 years and both landlords and tenants will need to fully understand what this means for them."

Avon and Somerset Police are grateful to everyone in Wells who shared their appeal to trace John Finn.
Officers wanted to speak to him in connection with an assault in the city. Police found him earlier today, Monday 3 June, in the Axbridge area.
