Priddy Folk Festival
Priddy Village Green
Priddy Folk Festival is back after a two year break on account of the pandemic.
They've got a great line up of bands, including international headliners, Jiggy (from Ireland), Mànran (from Scotland) and De Temps Antan (Canada). In addition there is a full programme of well known national and international acts covering the three days of the weekend.
Added to the mix is a free Fringe festival, Childrens festival, ceilidhs and workshops all in the stunning setting of Priddy Village in the heart of the Mendips.

Repair Café
St Thomas' Church Hall
Sustainable Wells' regular Repair Café will be opening its doors again between 10 and 12:30 on Saturday, July 9 at St Thomas' Church Hall. Bring your broken items along and the wonderful team of fixers will do their absolute best to give them a new lease of life! You can also enjoy a chat over coffee and the usual delicious homemade cakes made by the lovely Café Crew.

Many people have seen improvised comedy on the TV but remember, this is not recorded and edited, but totally live! If you like your comedy fast-paced and with a slightly unusual edge, this is definitely for you.
A night of comedy with Ben Norris, Jessie Nixon and Mark Olver
Blagdon Village Club
Ben is a headline act on the British comedy circuit, he has featured on TV shows Mock the Week and Never Mind the Buzzcocks, he was the warm up comedian for Mock the Week for many years. Ben is well known for his improvisation during his comedy shows.
The compere for the evening will be Mark Olver, Mark is one of the UK's funniest comperes, who will have the audience belly laughing from the beginning.
The first act of the night will be Jessie Nixon, who is an up and coming comic from Bristol. She is very charming and funny.

Basket Weaving Workshop
The Community Farm
During this one-day workshop you'll learn to weave your own round fruit/foraging basket with locally grown willow in a range of colours.
