Wells talent show to raise hospice cash

Wells's Got Talent is being held in aid of St Margaret's Hospice on Saturday 28th September in the Ballroom at Wells Town Hall from 7pm to 10.30pm.

Entry costs £10 and spectator tickets are £5. Emma Britton from the BBC and also patron for St Margaret's Hospice will be the celebrity guest judge.

Also judging is Wells city councillors Celia Wride and Philip Welch, along with Jacky Edwards and Michael Smith, with the GFM's Allan Trinder being compere for the evening.

There will be cash prizes, a drinks interval and a raffle.

Organiser Tina Blackwill said: "I am hoping to see lots of fabulous acts on the stage, spaces are limited so get your entries in quickly.

"This promises to be an amazing evening full of glitz, glamour and talent."
