Wells retirement flats to hold public opening

A retirement housing development in Wells will open to the public later this month.
Adam Lock Lodge, a Churchill Living scheme for people aged 60 and over, will hold a launch event on Friday, 29 May, from 11am to 3pm.
Visitors will be able to look around the site, meet members of the Churchill Living team and take guided tours of the show complex.
Churchill Living said the site is designed for independent living and includes a 24-hour Careline support system.
Jo Ridehalgh, divisional marketing lead for Churchill Living South West, said demand for homes at Adam Lock Lodge had been "extremely high".
She said: "We are delighted to be opening the doors to prospective owners and showcasing everything this wonderful community has to offer."
