The Wells Market that was due to be held tomorrow (Saturday February 29) has been cancelled due to Storm Jorge.

A yellow weather warning for rain is currently in place for Wells, with it not due to be lifted until 6am tomorrow.

With strong winds and rain predicted to continue into tomorrow, the market organisers have decided to cancel the market.

The market on Wednesday March 4 is expected to be held as normal.
