Date: 10.10.2019Time: 21:31Location: Cheddar Road, Cocklake, WedmoreFire Control received calls for a road traffic collision at the above location.Fire crews from Cheddar and Wells were mobilised along with the Rescue Tender from Glastonbury.Upon arrival crews confirmed this was a three vehicle road traffic collision with one vehicle leaving the highway and one casualty still within the vehicle.Crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to extricate one casualty from the vehicle.Both casualties were left with the ambulance service and conveyed to hospital.
