Public welcomed to open day at Yonder Brewing in Binegar

By Tim Lethaby 16th Jul 2021

Binegar's Yonder Brewing welcomed members of the public to its brewery recently for an open day.

About 50 different people attended throughout the day and they were a mixture of familiar faces, families, drinkers, hikers and general passers-by.

Brewer and co-owner Stu Winstone said: "Every time we have opened our doors the footfall has grown.

"It's a shame that we've gotten to the end of the season, but we were thinking about doing one last event, maybe for Halloween.

"The brewery is only a year old and although we've done pretty well in that time, we have no plans to grow it to a crazy scale too quickly.

"We are really just trying to get our products out there and known for now. We ship all around the UK and have even exported some beer, but we'd really like to focus on the local market too and get our lager and pale ale in some pubs and bars nearby."

For anyone who wants to check out some of Yonder's beers, they will be at Wells Food Festival on October 13, and at many local Christmas markets in December.
