Popular Wells café Pickwicks Country Kitchen is for sale.
The leasehold for the Broad Street family-run business - serving home cooked food and freshly baked cakes - is being sold for £165,000.
The café is being marketed by Intelligent Business Transfer.
The listing says: "Established in 2007, the business has grown from strength to strength, awarded TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence for four years running.
"The large premises can accommodate for functions, parties and events.
"Plus, they have a courtyard area with 12 cover spaces – perfect for sunny occasions.
"The cafe receives consistent trade throughout the year in and out of tourist season."
The marketing material also states the business makes an annual net profit of just over £60,000.
