Wetherspoons in Wells is now allowed to open longer at weekends and bank holiday.

Mendip District Council have approved an application to extend the opening hours of the Priory Road pub until 1am at weekends and bank holidays. The back garden of the pub can also remain open for customers an hour longer – until 10pm, and the area at the front can now remain open until 8pm, with 50% of the area allowed for smoking.
