A man was arrested in Wells yesterday morning (November 7) in connection with an investigation into affray.

The man in his 20s was wanted by the police as part of the investigation, and he was arrested in Sadler Street just before 11am yesterday.

Two police cars and a police van attended the scene, and the man was seen being led in handcuffs from Heritage Courtyard to the back of the van.
