Heads Up is running a competition for youngsters

Calling all young people, it is competition time and a great opportunity to support your local community.

The Heads Up mental health charity in South Horrington is looking for decorated shoe box contributions to fulfil a community commitment in the very near future.

Here's how youngsters can help and get involved:

  • find an old shoe box, or a box of similar size at home;
  • spend some time decorating it; use anything creative for example collage, drawings, sticking etc;
  • Put your name and the contact number of a responsible adult on the bottom;
  • Ask an adult to drop your creation up to Heads Up on Monday June 8 between 10am and noon.

These can be left safely at the door without the need for contact at Heads Up, Upper Breach, South Horrington.

Trustee Vanessa Gordon and service director Bridget Harvey will chose a winner during next week and will award a small prize.

Please be aware that boxes should be submitted empty and that Heads Up will be unable to return any creations.
