The activity days are designed for children of all ages, with parents and carers welcome to join in. Each session runs from 10.30am to 3.30pm, and there's no need to book—simply drop in and take part.
- Monday, February 17 – Wonderful Windows
- Children can create their own artwork inspired by the Cathedral's famous stained glass windows.
- Tuesday, February 18 – The Curious Clock
- Learn about the incredible Wells Cathedral Clock, one of the oldest working clocks in the world, and make a souvenir to take home.
- Wednesday, February 19 – Creations in Clay
- Explore the intricate wood and stone carvings around the Cathedral before shaping your own clay boss to take home.
How to take part
Sessions will be held inside Wells Cathedral or the Education Room—check at the Welcome Desk on arrival. The activities are free with adult entry, making it an affordable half-term outing for families in Wells and beyond.
