Godney Gathering 2026: everything you need to know
By Laura Linham 10th Jul 2026
The Godney Gathering returns to Garslade Farm on Friday, 17 July, and Saturday, 18 July, bringing two days of live music, family entertainment and food to Godney. The festival, held between Glastonbury and Wells, will feature Reverend and the Makers, The Pigeon Detectives, Dodgy, The Wurzels and Fun Lovin' Criminals.
Friday's programme runs from 6 pm until midnight, while Saturday begins at noon and finishes at midnight. Last entry for new arrivals is 10 pm on both days, and the festival address is Garslade Farm, Godney, Somerset, BA5 1RX.
Who is playing at The Godney Gathering 2026?
Reverend and the Makers, The Pigeon Detectives, Dodgy, The Wurzels, Fun Lovin' Criminals, Land of the Giants and Mista Trick Collective lead the 2026 line-up. Music will be spread across the Main Stage, the This Feeling stage, Glastonbury Calling and the Silent Disco.
Saturday's Playground area will provide entertainment aimed at younger festival-goers alongside the live music programme. The complete bill and stage information can be checked on the Godney Gathering line-up page.
How much are Godney Gathering tickets?
Adult weekend tickets currently cost £55, plus a £1 booking fee, and cover Friday and Saturday. Saturday-only adult tickets cost £45, plus the booking fee, with the same prices applying to young adults aged 16 and 17.
Tickets for young people aged 11 to 15 cost £5, plus the £1 fee, while children aged ten and under can attend free with a paying adult. A maximum of two children aged 15 or under is allowed for each accompanying adult, and the correct child tickets must be selected when booking.
Children aged 15 and under must attend with an adult, while those aged 16 or 17 can enter without an accompanying adult. Tickets are available through the official Godney Gathering ticket page.
Parking and road changes
Festival parking is available on site, with forward parking provided for blue badge holders near the entrance. Drivers should follow event signs on their approach rather than relying entirely on their usual route through the lanes around Godney.
Somerset Council will introduce a temporary one-way system from 5 pm on Friday until 1 am on Saturday. It will return from 11 am on Saturday until 1 am on Sunday.
Godney Road will be one-way northbound from Common Moor Drove to Crannel Lane. Crannel Lane will operate eastbound along its full length, while Polsham Lane will be eastbound from Crannel Lane to the A39 Glastonbury-to-Wells road.
The restrictions will be signed and staffed and have been introduced for public safety during the festival. Drivers travelling from either Wells or Glastonbury should allow extra time, particularly around opening and closing times.
Can you camp at The Godney Gathering?
Camping is available at Garslade Farm but is run separately from the festival and is not included in an event ticket. It costs £12.50 per adult for each night, with children under 16 able to camp free without a camping ticket.
The same price applies to tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. The campsite opens at noon on Thursday, 16 July, with its gates open from 9 am until 8 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Toilets, showers, an unloading area and parking in an adjacent field are included. There are no electrical hook-ups, although accessible camping can be arranged with the campsite operator in advance
What can people take inside?
Festival-goers cannot bring their own alcohol onto the main event site. Sealed water and soft drinks are allowed, but opened bottles and glass containers should be left at home.
Small sealed snacks, including individual packets of crisps or nuts, can be brought inside. Full picnics, cool boxes and food requiring chilled storage are not permitted, although people with medical dietary requirements can contact the organisers before attending.
Food traders and bars will operate inside the festival. Visitors should also bring suitable clothing and footwear for a greenfield site, particularly if the weather turns and the ground becomes wet.
Dogs, accessibility and re-entry
Dogs and other pets are not permitted at the festival or the campsite. Assistance animals must be arranged with the organisers before the event rather than brought along without notice.
Forward blue badge parking and secure accessible toilets will be available near the entrance. The event is held on farmland, however, and wet conditions could make some areas more difficult for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
General re-entry is not guaranteed after leaving the festival site, so visitors should take everything they need through the gate. Anyone who may need to leave for medical, caring or other essential reasons should speak to festival staff before exiting.
Festival-goers should have their electronic tickets ready before arriving and carry suitable proof of age where required. Final updates, entry information and contact details are available through the Godney Gathering website.
