A quiz night is being held later this month to raise money for the Wells Blue School Parent Teacher Association (PTA).

The quiz will take place in the school's Kennion Hall from 7.30pm on Friday October 18, with entry being £4 per adult, with a maximum of six people per team.

Entry for children is free and there will be a special quiz round for the under-16s.

A bar and snacks will be available, and prizes include restaurant vouchers, gift vouchers and days out.

As an additional fundraiser, there will be an auction of a Raymond Coxon painting, which has been donated by Andelli Art in South Horrington.
