Morning sessions are from 10am to 1pm / afternoon sessions are from 1pm to 4pm. The session takes place ahead of the Light Up Wells Lantern Parade which takes place on Saturday 20th January at 6.30 pm
Use your creative flair on your own or with your family or a group to make a stunning lantern out of tissue paper and willow. At the lantern-making workshops, you'll be provided with basic instructions and the materials to create your own unique lantern. The theme for 2024 is Festivals, so draw your idea in advance and bring it with you.
For each booking they are asking for a £5 donation to pay for one lantern kit, so please book a ticket for each person requiring a kit. Please bring or buy battery-operated lights to light up your lantern. If you have secateurs, they would be useful too. You will be able to buy more lantern kits and lights at the venue if you need them.
