The study, which examined 105 of the UK's leading family caravan parks, considered factors such as visitor ratings, average pricing, and amenities. Bucklegrove Holiday Park stood out for its wide range of family-friendly facilities, including an on-site games room, kids' playground, swimming pool, and evening entertainment options. The park also features a shop to cater to families' needs, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Families can enjoy a weekend stay at Bucklegrove in a single-axle caravan for around £79, making it a great-value option for those planning their 2025 holidays. The park has been rated 4.44 out of five by visitors, who have praised the cleanliness of the facilities and the helpfulness of staff.

Somerset locals and tourists alike are drawn to Bucklegrove's scenic location, offering easy access to nearby attractions such as Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. Its combination of affordability, amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere cements its place as a favourite for family getaways.

The top spot in the study went to Auchenlarie Holiday Park in Scotland, which achieved a family caravanning score of 9.89 out of 10, while Stowford Farm Meadows in Devon ranked third with 9.55.
