A rapidly growing FMCG business with a real appetite (pun intended!) to be a great place to work are looking for a HR Business Partner to oversee one of their sites in Somerset.

The role is full-time, permanent and on-site.
You will report into the HR Director and be part of the site leadership team with a small onsite HR team to assist you. There is also support coming from a small L&D and Talent acquisition teams.
Key deliverables:
- Coach leaders on best practice, to maximise employee efficiencies and champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives, and identify critical succession planning needs.
- Educate and empower managers in effectively implementing HR practices in all areas of employee relations.
- Develop HR training material in conjunction with the L&D function and the wider HR team that meets the needs of the business to achieve organisational success.
- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.
- Experience of dealing with Employee Relations.
- Business Planning Project Management experience (TMS)
Person specification:
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Ability (and willingness) to switch between 'sexy' value add HR and more transactional / operational HR.
- Strong coaching skills and management development
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent Excel skills are a must as currently they do not have a fit-for-purpose HRIS.
