West Mendip Walkers 9.5mile circular walk from Tunley Recreation Ground (BA2 0DZ). From the recreation ground the walk descends to Dunkerton via fields and a track takes us up to Manor farm with a short section of road walking to Longhouse. The route then continues across fields to Nailwell, and a quiet lane takes us to Inglesbatch where we follow a track to the Englishcombe fields and then on to a another quiet lane and Wilmington. An assent and descent via fields to Priston Mill leads back to Inglesbatch, Priston and finally to Tunley.

Thursday 14th November
West Mendip Walkers moderate 10.5 mile circular walk from Bratton Camp (Westbury White Horse). After leaving the Bratton Camp area the walk will follow the edge of the Imber Range for three miles passing one of the checkpoints into the range itself. The route will then head northeast before descending from Salisbury Plain towards Erlestoke, then through the villages of Coulston, Edington and Bratton. One principal ascent of 120m after leaving Bratton and before returning to the Camp.

West Mendip Walkers moderate 11.5mile ( 18.5kms) from Chew Magna (BS40 8SX). We start by following the river Chew to Chew Valley Lake where we head towards Pensford and passing en route The Stone Circles to pick up the Three Peaks walk and the Community Forest Path. We then return to the Three Peaks. The walk is across farmland which may have cattle . There are also short sections of road, but the walk is dog friendly with only a couple of stiles.

Thursday 28th November
West Mendip Walkers moderate 7.5mile circular walk from Wells Leisure Centre (BA5 2FB).Leaving the leisure centre car park we follow the footpath on the old railway line to Haybridge passing St Cuthberts paper mill and walk down into and through the small hamlet of Glencot . After a very short section of the Wells to Wookey Hole road we cross in to Limekiln Lane and walk to Upper Milton , around the edge of Underwood Quarry and up Reservoir Lane across fields to the Old Bristol Road . At Manor farm we drop down the fields to Lower Milton and on to Wookey Hole by the Caves car park . Going through the caves camp site we cross Titlands Lane , over fields and through a small wood towards Easton via a permissive path and a section of the old Cheddar Valley Railway line .We then head across the fields and enter Wookey village by Buddle Lane . We walk through the village and follow the River Axe back to Haybridge and pick up the path back to the Leisure centre.
