The Annual Godney Duck Race: Make a Splash this May Day!

Looking for the perfect way to spend your May Day Bank Holiday? Look no further! On Monday, 4th May, the River Sheppey will be turning yellow for the highly anticipated Annual Godney Duck Race.

Held at the Sheppey Inn, it's set to be a brilliant afternoon of riverside fun, fierce competition, and great food.

 The Schedule

The festivities kick off at 12:00, so be sure to arrive early to bag a spot by the water and choose your champion.

The 1st race will be at 1pm

the 2nd race will be at 2pm

the 3rd Race will be at 3pm

The Races

We'll be hosting three separate races throughout the afternoon.

• 100 rubber ducks per race will be released onto the River Sheppey.
• Watch them bob and weave downstream to the finish line, located right at the back of the pub.
• Every duck is numbered—will yours be the leader of the flock?
