Wells Pride returns on Saturday 14 June with a full day of LGBTQ+ celebrations, community spirit and entertainment across the city.

Following the success of last year's inaugural event, this year's line-up includes live music, a Pride March, theatre, open mic, and a drag quiz — all hosted by local venues in the city centre.

Schedule includes:

• 10am: Live music in the Market Place, supported by Portway Music School
• 11am & 5pm: DJ Funked Dimension at The White Hart
• 12pm: Pride March sponsored by Wolf Barbers, followed by Taming of the Shrew at the Rec, courtesy of Wells Theatre Festival
• 2pm: Open Mic at Strangers with Coffee and Local Ride History readings at the Town Hall (with Q&A)
• 7.30pm: Drag n Quiz evening of entertainment, sponsored by Last Dragon Tattoo
