Sandersons secured a Gold award for the best sales agent in Wells at the British Property Awards, which is an award they have won every year since their inception. This month the team found out they won not only Gold in Lettings, but also a Gold Regional award, recognising them as not only the best agent in Wells, but the whole of Somerset. The British Property Awards independently assess estate agents based on 25 criteria, focusing on customer service and consistency over several months.
