PUBLIC NOTICE: Invitation to Tender, St Cuthbert (Out) Parish Council

Please find attached an invitation to tender for the Council's Annual Maintenance Contract, which includes 4 sections:

• grass-cutting
• play area inspections
• hedge-cutting
• tree surveys

Contractors are invited to tender for one or multiple sections. 

Please note the return instructions; for reasons of transparency, your quote must be sent to both addresses, and will not be opened or read until the nominated date.

Key dates:

1. Tender deadline: 5pm, Wednesday 24th May 2023
2. Quotations opened: Thursday 25th May 2023
3. Council responses supplied: Thursday 8th June 2023
4. Contracts begin: Monday 3rd July 2023

 If successful, you would be required to send the current version of your Public Liability Insurance certificate.
