Wookey Hole announces its highly anticipated Winter Wonderland Christmas event, taking place from 25 November 2023 until 1 January 2024. This year's event brings a blend of enchantment, festive cheer and magical moments, that will leave visitors of all ages with cherished Christmas memories to last a lifetime.

Step into a world of Christmas wonder as Wookey Hole's famous caves are transformed into a mesmerising Winter Wonderland. Over 100,000 lights will illuminate the underground caves, guiding explorers through the bewitching caves.

A trip to Wookey Hole at Christmas isn't complete without a visit to Santa's traditional Grotto. Children will get to meet the main man himself and receive a special gift from Santa's Elves at the Toy Factory from TY Toys, all included in the ticket price.

The enchantment doesn't end there! Prepare to be amazed by a spectacular Christmas-themed circus show in the Wookey Hole Theatre. This year, the Grinch is on the loose – will they ruin Christmas?

There is even a Christmas film in the 4D cinema and visitors will also have access to the rest of the attraction at Wookey Hole during their day out.

Ellen Ramsay, spokesperson for the Cottle Family Trust, which owns and manages Wookey Hole, comments, "We are thrilled to bring the magic of the holiday season to Wookey Hole once again. Our Winter Wonderland promises to be an enchanting experience for visitors of all ages and we can't wait to create precious Christmas memories that will last a lifetime."

All of the Christmas magic is included in the standard ticket price. Tickets can be purchased online, and prices start from £17.95 for children, £22.45 for adults and £21.45 for seniors. Early booking is recommended to secure your spot at this highly anticipated event as selected dates are already sold out.
