There's a fabulous array of activities taking place in and around Wells this weekend with art exhibitions, live music, a tree walk, a family fun day, and the chance to enjoy some spectacular city views from the tower of St Cuthbert's Church.

Jason Daish brings his fantastic guitar skills back to The Tramways.

Bishop's Palace Tree Walk

The Bishop's Palace

During the walk, visitors will be led by an experienced guide in Matt Witt. Tree-lover Matt will set the scene with some acoustic guitar whilst providing the details of the beautiful trees.

Sunday, August 7

Coxley Family Fun Day

Rose Cottage, Upper Coxley

Enjoy an afternoon out with the family while raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support at the Coxley Family Fun Day.

There will be live music from The Grey Dogs and Tim Pitman, a bouncy castle, barbecue, afternoon teas, stalls and traditional games including sponge stocks and crockery smash.

St Cuthbert's Tower Tours

St Cuthbert's Church

St Cuthbert's Church Tower is open every Sunday afternoon in August and visitors can climb the 166 steps to see the amazing views.
