Party at the Palace is returning to Wells this summer, promising three days of live music, tribute acts and family entertainment at The Bishop's Palace.

The popular event will take place from Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5, 2026, within the historic grounds of the Palace in the heart of Wells, Somerset. Organisers say capacity is limited across all events and early booking is recommended.

Friday night will open with a Country Tribute Show featuring the Country Superstars Theatre Tour, celebrating the music of Dolly Parton and other country legends. Gates open at 7pm, with the show running from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.

Saturday, July 4, is billed as the headline night, with a 90s-themed party. East 17 will top the bill, joined by Dave Finnegan's Commitments and Eurovision runner-up Sonia. Gates open at 3pm, with the event finishing at 10.30pm.

Sunday's Kids Party at the Palace is aimed at families, with Pop Queens Live bringing hits from artists including Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo and Sabrina Carpenter. Gates open at 4pm, with the show running from 5pm to 7pm.

Tickets are sold separately for each day, allowing visitors to attend one, two or all three events. Early bird and standard ticket options are available for adults and children, along with family packages for Sunday.

Organisers have confirmed that food stalls and a large on-site bar will be available throughout the weekend, offering a range of food and drink, including non-alcoholic options.

All tickets are non-refundable. Party at the Palace is a fundraising event supporting The Palace Trust.
