Nine men are due to appear at Bristol Crown Court in November in connection with an unauthorised music event on the outskirts of Bath in 2020.

Hundreds of people turned up overnight Saturday 18 to Sunday 19 July 2020 at the former Charmy Down airfield at Upper Swainswick in 2020.

Seven men appeared at Bath Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 5 October to face a charge of conspiring to cause a public nuisance:

• Alain Boulos, 36, of Wells

• Luke Brewer-Winter, 24, of Bath

• James Collett, 25, of Frome

• Jacob Goodwin, 32 of Exmouth

• Jordan Kondratowicz, 23, of Peasedown St John

• David Searle, 34, of Clevedon

• Jacob Wedgbury, 24, of Bridgwater

Magistrates issued arrest warrants for two other men who failed to appear, Jay Carpenter, 24, of Cheltenham and Matthew Haller, 26, of Bishopston, Bristol.

All nine are now due before Bristol Crown Court on Wednesday 2 November.
