Wells Lloyds shaving hours off both ends as banking times cut nationwide

Heads‑up, Wells bankgoers: your local Lloyds is about to shrink your window for banking.
From Monday 29 September, weekdays will start at 9.30 am (10 am on Wednesdays) and wrap up earlier - between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm. Saturdays are trimmed too, with doors opening at 9.30 am instead of 9 am.
It's not just you—this is a Lloyds Banking Group overhaul across 757 branches in the UK, and opening hours are being adjusted to "make them simpler and more consistent".
Need face‑to‑face help outside these hours? Try the Post Office or a banking hub.
