Heads‑up, Wells bankgoers: your local Lloyds is about to shrink your window for banking.

From Monday 29 September, weekdays will start at 9.30 am (10 am on Wednesdays) and wrap up earlier - between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm. Saturdays are trimmed too, with doors opening at 9.30 am instead of 9 am.

It's not just you—this is a Lloyds Banking Group overhaul across 757 branches in the UK, and opening hours are being adjusted to "make them simpler and more consistent".
