Garden enthusiasts across Wells are being reminded to submit their entries for this year's Wells in Bloom competition as the deadline of Friday, May 31, swiftly approaches.

The competition, which celebrates the horticultural skills of local residents, is open for entries in several categories including allotments, private gardens, commercial spaces, and community projects.

Participants looking to showcase their gardening prowess can download entry forms from the official Wells website at www.wells.gov.uk/wells-in-bloom. Alternatively, hard copies of the entry forms are available at Wells Town Hall for those preferring a physical submission.

Judging for the competition is scheduled to take place throughout June, giving entrants just enough time to put the final touches on their floral displays and garden designs. The winners will be announced and awards presented at a ceremony on Friday, October 4.
