Elvis is back in the building – and this time, it’s Wells! Global tribute champion Emilio Santoro brings hip-swivelling rock and roll to Studio24

The world's top Elvis tribute hits Somerset this August with a show packed full of pelvis, pompadour and pure Presley magic
Get ready to put on your Blue Suede Shoes and head down to Priory Road—because Elvis is about to make a comeback in Wells. On Saturday 30 August, the city will be all shook up as Emilio Santoro, officially crowned the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist at Graceland in 2024, brings his award-winning show to Studio24 for one night only.
Backed by his authentic 1950s live band, The Creoles, Emilio will channel the raw energy and charisma of Elvis's early years with a setlist full of hip-shaking hits. Expect rock and roll classics like Jailhouse Rock, Hound Dog, Devil in Disguise, Can't Help Falling in Love, and Suspicious Minds — all performed with the swagger, sound and style that made the King a global icon.
This isn't your average tribute night. At just 21 years old, Emilio Santoro has taken the Elvis world by storm, collecting every major accolade in the game. He's the youngest ever winner of the World Championship title on Elvis Presley Boulevard, a European Champion, and a fan favourite from his unforgettable performance on America's Got Talent in 2022.
But his biggest moment came last summer, when Elvis Presley Enterprises crowned him the "Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist" at Graceland—Elvis's home and holy ground for fans around the world.
That title makes Emilio the official number one Elvis tribute on the planet, and now he's swapping Memphis for Mendip for a show Somerset won't forget.
"It's all about capturing the spirit of Elvis in those incredible early years," Emilio says. "That moment when the world first heard that voice, saw those moves, and everything changed. That's what I try to bring to the stage every night."
Studio24 in Wells will be transformed into a time machine back to the golden age of rock and roll, as Emilio and The Creoles serve up a high-energy celebration of the King's legacy. Whether you've been a fan since Heartbreak Hotel or only discovered Elvis through Baz Luhrmann's biopic, this show promises something for everyone—top-class musicianship, spine-tingling vocals and a whole lot of rhinestone sparkle.
Doors open at 7.30pm, with the show kicking off at 8.30pm. It's open to ages 14 and over (under-18s must be accompanied by an adult), and there's on-site parking for those making the pilgrimage by car rather than Cadillac.
Tickets are £25.05 including booking fee and available now from Studio24. But don't hang about—if past shows are anything to go by, they'll be gone faster than you can say "Return to Sender."
So dust off your leather jacket, slick back your hair, and get ready for a night of nostalgia, noise and the King of Rock and Roll brought thrillingly back to life. Elvis may have left the building—but on 30 August in Wells, he's well and truly back.
