Wookey Hole is gearing up to deliver a magical Halloween experience for visitors this autumn, with a host of spooky activities running until the 3rd November.

Known as the "Home of Halloween", Wookey Hole promises a season packed with family-friendly fun, from cave tours to pumpkin trails and circus shows.

The Witch of Wookey Hole will be at the heart of the festivities, bringing her own brand of magic to the caves. Visitors can start their adventure with a guided tour of the famous Wookey Hole Caves, learning the legend of the Witch and visiting the underground chambers where cheese is still matured. Afterwards, children can take part in the Giant Pumpkin Trail, solving a mystery to earn Halloween treats.

Other highlights include the 4D cinema, showing Happy Family: Next Level 4D, and the Wookey Hole Museum, where visitors can delve into the history of the caves and watch footage of cave divers exploring the hidden depths of Wookey Hole. For younger guests, there's a giant soft play area to burn off energy, while parents enjoy a coffee break.

The fun continues with the Wookey Hole Circus, where the spooky 30-minute Ghost Pirates show promises to entertain. Visitors are also encouraged to come dressed in their best Halloween costumes, with daily fancy dress competitions held in the Theatre at 2:30 pm.
