Prince Edward, the Earl of Wessex, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, will be visiting Wells Cathedral today (September 24).

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Girl Choristers in the Wells Cathedral Choir, the cathedral will be holding a very special service today and the royal couple will be attending.

The Chapter and the Trustees of Wells Cathedral Chorister Trust have great pleasure in inviting all regular worshippers and all volunteers to Evensong at 5.15pm, which will be attended by HRH The Countess of Wessex GCVO, Royal Patron of the Chorister Trust, and HRH The Earl of Wessex.

The service will be held in both the Quire and in the Nave. There is a list on the table in the North Transept to reserve a place in the Nave.
