Acclaimed Wells restaurateurs Adam and Martine Fellows open their new venture today (Friday, October 7).

After running Goodfellows on Sadler Street for 18 years, 7B Restaurant and Cookery School is the next stage of the couple's culinary journey.

Set in a townhouse on St Thomas Street, 7B will be open for lunch and dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with Adam's popular takeaway Sunday lunch back on the menu at the end of the month.

Adam has gained a glowing reputation for his outstanding fish cookery, and seafood will play a prominent part in the new menus – although there will also be meat and vegetarian options available.

Adam and Martine will also be running cookery demos and classes in the venue's new bespoke kitchen.

The first demo evening will take place on November 3 with a theme of 'Autumn Flavours'. The evening will begin with a glass of wine on arrival, followed by a demonstration of two dishes, and finishing with a three course meal. Tickets cost £65 per person.
