Somerset Council has received a variety of new planning applications from residents and developers, spanning home extensions, tree works, and renewable energy projects. Applications are under consideration across Frome, Street, Wells, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, and surrounding villages. Here's a summary of the key proposals currently on the council's planning portal:

Frome

  • Garston House, Portway - Internal modifications to create a staff welfare room and storage. (Ref: 2024/2027/LBC)
