Wells fudge firm, Go Fudge Yourself, has new owners.

Georgie and Kate Robbins have taken over the business, and the pair have some great confectionary credentials as they already own Daniel's Sandwich Bar and Alright it's cake.

"Having eaten a lot of the fantastic fudge through lockdown we knew that we wanted to stock it anyway," says Georgie. "So when the opportunity arose to take over the business, we took it!

"Neither of us have a lot of fudge making experience – although Kate has a baking background – but the previous owner, Matt, taught us his way of making it and his recipes. We've done a lot of research too, so we're confident the fudge is just as good as it always has been."

The pair have plans to grow the business too.

"We plan to expand and merge our baking business with the fudge," says Georgie. "We want to offer a variety of products, not just fudge but bars of things too, and we are looking into new flavours. We're planning some fudge/cake collaborations too. We have so many ideas and we love to get creative!"

And, of course, Easter is the perfect time for buying sweet treats too, and Georgie and Kate have put together selection boxes which make a delicious alternative to an Easter egg.

The fudge is available to buy from Daniel's Sandwich Bar or online HERE.
