Date: 29.03.2019Time: 11:49Location: Brooks Road, StreetOne fire appliance from Street, one from Glastonbury and one from Wells were sent to a report of an attic fire in a property at the above location.50% of the loft space was damaged by fire and 100% damaged by heat and smoke.  The fire was dealt with by crews using 6 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets, 2 safety jets, a thermal image camera, 135 ladder and a roof ladder with safety at height equipment.  An Ambulance was requested for a male person suffering smoke inhalation.
