Preparations are underway for the Grand Opening Night of Studio24 in Wells tomorrow night (Thursday 28 March).

Studio24 presents acclaimed Queen Tribute band QE2, who have been entertaining audiences across the UK and abroad for over 25 years. Expect an energetic set packed with Queen's greatest hits.

The opening night at the new live music and events venue marks the start of a new era for the old 1930s Regal Cinema building on Priory Road, known as Kudos nightclub for 18 years.

Kudos closed its doors after seeing the New Year in with a farewell party on 31 December 2023. The building has since had a complete refurb, including a new dance floor, bar and lighting.

Bristol/Newport based Indie band Airflo will be supporting QE2 on Thursday evening.

Doors open at 7pm (18 and over).

Take That tribute band Let it Shine will be performing at Studio24 on Friday night.
