Glastonbury Festival tickets will cost more than £400 for the first time when the event returns to Worthy Farm next summer.

Organisers have confirmed that a general admission ticket for the 2027 Festival will cost £408, including a £5 booking fee, plus postage and packing.

That is an increase of £29.50 on the £378.50 charged for the 2025 Festival — a rise of just under eight per cent.

The amount fans need to find when tickets first go on sale is increasing too.

A £100 deposit per person will be required to secure a ticket, compared with £75 for the 2025 event.

The remaining £308 balance, plus postage and packing, will then need to be paid between Thursday, 1 April and Wednesday, 7 April 2027.

Ticket and coach packages will be the first to go on sale, opening at 6 pm on Thursday, 1 October 2026.

General admission tickets will follow at 9 am on Sunday, 4 October.

Up to six tickets can be booked in a single transaction, provided everyone in the group has a valid Festival registration.

Anyone aged 13 or over who wants to attend must be individually registered before the sale.

Registration is free and is currently open, but will close at 5 pm on Friday, 25 September. People who are already registered do not need to register again, although organisers are advising them to check that their details and photograph remain up to date.

Tickets will only be sold through the Festival's authorised See Tickets site and remain personalised and non-transferable, with the registered ticket holder's photograph printed on each ticket.

The Festival returns to Worthy Farm from Wednesday, 23 June to Sunday, 27 June 2027, following its traditional fallow year in 2026.

The £408 ticket includes five nights of camping, access to more than 4,000 performances across more than 100 stages, the Festival programme, app and phone charging, as well as activities in Kidzfield.

No 2027 line-up has yet been officially announced.

Full ticket information and registration details are available through the official Glastonbury Festival website.
