Croscombe C of E Primary School has unveiled a new mural designed by its pupils and brought to life with artist Tom Sturgess, also known as Vanedalism. The school revealed the artwork in a public post, saying every child had the opportunity to contribute ideas.
The mural is inspired by the school's ethos, "Let Your Light Shine!". Staff said the finished piece reflects the school community, creativity and individuality.
The school said: "We are delighted to reveal the stunning new mural at Croscombe Primary School! Designed by our incredibly creative children and brought to life alongside talented artist Tom Sturgess (Vanedalism), this artwork is something truly special."
The project was funded by The Arts Society Mendip. The school thanked the group for its support, saying the funding had helped create something that would inspire pupils for years to come.
Croscombe C of E Primary School said it had been "wonderful" to see pupils' enthusiasm and pride as their ideas became part of the permanent artwork. The school encouraged visitors to take a look at the mural next time they visit.
The school added: "We hope it brings a smile and lets everyone's light shine a little brighter."
