Coxley man to appear in court charged with multiple sexual offences

A 27-year-old man from Coxley is set to appear in court on charges related to 19 separate sexual offences, including voyeurism and making indecent images of children.

William Richards will face magistrates in Cheltenham today (Tuesday, August 27).

He is charged with four counts of voyeurism and 12 charges of recording images under clothing without consent. Richards also faces three counts of making indecent images of children.

The offences are alleged to have occurred between 2014 and 2023 in various locations, including Pershore, Evesham, Gloucester, Bournemouth, Bristol, and Malaga, Spain.

Richards is accused of making indecent images on April 4, 2022, in Gloucester. These include 10 still images and eight moving images at category A (the most severe under the guidelines), eight still and five moving images at category B, and 27 still and two moving images at category C.
