From Fix You to I Wanna Dance with Somebody, two nights of chart-topping classics are coming to Wells Cathedral — by candlelight.

The stunning 12th-century cathedral will host back-to-back tribute concerts later this month, transforming the historic space into a live music venue like no other.

On Friday 23 May at 7.30pm, it's the Music of Coldplay by Candlelight, featuring a spectacular cast of vocalists and an epic live band. Expect fan favourites, soaring harmonies, and all the emotional build-up of a classic Coldplay set — just with a bit more gothic architecture.

Then on Saturday 24 May at 7.30pm, it's time to belt out the bangers as one of the UK's top tribute acts brings Whitney Houston by Candlelight to life. Backed by a full live band, the performance promises a powerful run-through of Whitney's biggest hits — from I Will Always Love You to How Will I Know.

The candlelit setting, world-class musicianship, and pure vocal talent promise two unforgettable nights of live music in one of the UK's most beautiful venues.
