SPAR in Tucker Street is bringing an exciting twist to the summer shopping experience with its biggest retail moment of 2024.

The 'Make Me A Champion' campaign introduces SPARaoke Saturdays, offering customers a chance to sing like a SPAR and win prizes like a champion.

To participate, customers need to listen out for a true sporting anthem on SPAR radio while in-store. Once they hear the song, they can grab the SPAR mic and sing along to win their entire basket for free.

With over 100 participating stores across England and Wales, the campaign aims to inspire store colleagues, create a fun and 'Champion' atmosphere, and provide light-hearted relief from the stress of major sporting events like football, the Olympics, Paralympics, and tennis.

A SPAR spokesperson said: "We know that most champions belong on the world sporting stage, but we also know that champions live within local communities. So, while you may not be getting a medal this summer, you can definitely feel the rush of being your local SPARaoke champion with SPAR!"

Selected SPAR stores will be playing the iconic sporting song at random times each Saturday for a month. When you hear the song, grab the mic and take your moment to shine with SPARaoke! Competition terms and conditions apply.

For participating stores, visit SPARaoke Information.
