Alongside our other care facilities, your support could help fund hydrotherapy pool sessions in our 3 hospices. For the children and young people that we care for, hydrotherapy helps to relax their bodies and muscles - and have some fun!

You could swim every day for a month, or your child could swim the length of the pool. You could learn to surf, or kayak a marathon. Your child could learn to dive or simply handstand in the pool. Whatever the challenge, it doesn't matter! There is nothing too small or too big, so get those swimming costumes, shorts or wetsuits on and create a splash that makes a huge difference.
